“The hotel was extremely clean and parking was a breeze with a private lot right behind. The only thing I wish they had is a reception area indoors. When traveling with multiple adults, it's nice to be able to get out of the room and drink coffee/read while the other is still waking up. “It was a little offputting to arrive many hours after it had snowed but have nothing shoveled even though management had clearly been there based on footsteps in the snow. There was no way to get inside without getting my feet wet and then there was no way to avoid walking on the nice floors so salt and slush and snow got all over the kitchen floor. “Crows Nest was right in Bohens wharf which made it very walkable and easy to get around. Upon arrival, we had some miscommunication with keys/ room assignments. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
