“Michelle was a great host!! She was very patient and responsive to my many questions before we got there. The place was very cozy and she had turned on the AC prior to us getting there which was a relief since we were coming in late from a July wedding. Beds were nice, had a comfortable futon. Wanted a few more blankets but the temperature wasn’t an issue. Very nice shower and little kitchen area. Perfect for a place to crash if you’re spending the weekend at the beach. ”

“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. “We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.”

“It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great.
