"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. ..."

"This place was clean, comfortable, had great air conditioning and Massimo (the host) was great. We had some issues with the toilet and washer but he was always available to help and resolve the issues. All in all a great stay. Just a few minutes walk to the train and metro station - was super convenient. ..."
