"Muy bonito hotel"

"Would have given this hotel a higher mark had it been better maintained. There were trash bags and plungers left in the hallways, the rear door was propped open with a rock (big security no no) and our bathroom door had a hole punched though it that they "hadn't had time to fix yet." Note to management, ..."

"The bar staff was unprepared with plasticware to bring drinks to the pool. They actually didn’t have anything and weren’t sure what to do. The pool is fine but small for the venue."
