“The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past.”

“The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime.”
