We were able to check in early which was wonderful. As we unpacked our kitchen items we found several bowls that were greasy feeling so we decided to wash some dishes and the cupboard doors were sticky even after washing them. Other items noted...TV's in all rooms either had no remotes or wrong remotes with old or no batteries in them. We did have a maintenance person come and thenwe had 2 functional TV's out of 7.We were informed at that time the upstairs kitchen microwave did not work but a replacement was on order. Other items noted...A kitchen light bulb needs replaced.New battery in wall clock on 3rd floor.There are No teaspoons in the 3rd floor kitchen.There could be more silverware in general.We used and enjoyed the hot tub although there was hair found in it.But the worst of all this was the mattresses...they all need to be replaced! Especially the 2nd floor bedroom that has a bathroom off the bedroom. Best part...the views, the beach, 4 bathrooms and being with family!
