“Enjoyed our stay and location was fine. Clean home and plenty space.”

“The first thing I can say is that it needs to be told that this cabin is at the very top of a vertical gravel road. A AWD or 4 wheel drive should be a prerequisite to get there. The signage needs to be redone as we were coming up the hill we didn’t know where we were going. The condition of the recliner was in poor shape.For the cost of 3 nights a new I chair could be bought . The hot tub was nice, The AC worked great for 90degree weather.”

“From start to finish, our stay was fantastic. There were two adults and three kids, and we had plenty of space. The listing pictures don't do justice for how gorgeous and spacious the cabin actually is! “I loved the location and the space. I did have to call about the hot tub and response was immediate. I understand that they had a new house cleaner who is learning the process. The waterfall was flowing and exploring the formations in the back yard was amazing. I was a little taken back that someone from a neighboring cabin was walking in the woods when I was in the hot tub. I would hope its noted to not be crossing boundaries. “Clean, quiet secluded cabin. Plenty of hiking and outdoor activities close by. We managed to hike 4 trails our second day all within a close driving distance. ”

“We had quick and easy response with the host. Clean accommodations and quiet surroundings. The grill was new and clean which we enjoyed using. The hot tub cover should be replaced. It made the hot tub uninviting. Also the pans could be replaced. Normally we bring our own electric griddle but we unfortunately forgot this trip. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Cardinal’s Nest. It was comfortable and a very nice place to stay. We hope to stay there again!”
