“Clean . No instructions for coffee maker , we never figured it out had to go out to find coffee. That was my only complaint. Easy to get to tubing and waterpark that makes it easy . Oh also you should upon check in let people know not to keep there card key near any car keys or phones . We got locked out once . ”

“This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do.”

“We never received the check-in instructions. We had to reach out to the host on the ride to the property. When we finally got the instructions and went to the office, we were asked if we wanted to change our room because the room that we had booked and saw pictures of was going to lose power during our stay. Of course we opted for a different room. All in all very confusing at the beginning, but the property was OK.”

“Everything about this place is awesome. Quite clean and relaxing. The only issue I had the whole time there was the internet. The service SUCKS and I mean that with everything in me. Could not get connected no matter where I was inside outside hand up down anywhere. Went to other places and got two bars but that was it. Glad I didn’t go to do any work or I would have been out of luck. Would have to make some other plans for service. But would definitely go back with the family next time.”

“Property was nice and clean However the hot water only lasted about 2 mins. Water went cold during showers some times my kids were not able to shower because it was too cold and temps were in the 30s extremely inconvenient to not have hot water in the winter”

“We are a family of 5 (two adults and three boys aged 3-9), and we stayed for a quick weekend away and to visit nearby Luray Caverns. When using the address provided in the instruction email, our GPS (Maps on an iPhone) marked us as "arrived" at the entrance to Massanutten. After a little trial-and-error, we found our way to "Check-In" near the pool. That was the only reason for the 4/5 star rating provided about communication. We did not have to communicate with the host otherwise. The condo was...
