Domus Ricca Termini

  • Completamente renovado apartamento situado a 100 metros de la estación de Termini.
    La ubicación de la casa le permitirá llegar a todos los puntos más importantes de Roma en pocos minutos.
    Coliseo y el Foro Romano, el Vaticano y San Pedro, la Fontana de Trevi, Plaza de España, el Circo Máximo y otros sitios importantes se encuentran a 10 minutos en metro o autobús.

    La casa está situada en el quinto piso con ascensor y tiene capacidad para hasta cinco personas. Tiene dos dormitorios, uno doble y otro más grande, con una cama doble y un sofá cama individual, dos baños con ducha, un balcón y una cocina totalmente equipada con mesa y sillas, vajilla, vasos, ollas y sartenes. , tostadora, hervidor y cafetera.
    El apartamento cuenta con calefacción, aire acondicionado, Wi-Fi gratis, TV en todas las habitaciones, ropa de cama, toallas, lavadora, lavavajillas y secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar.

    Cerca de la casa hay todo tipo de tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, pizzerías y todo lo que pueda necesitar durante las vacaciones.

    Desde los aeropuertos de Fiumicino y Ciampino, puede tomar el tren (desde Fiumicino) o autobús (desde Ciampino) hasta la estación de Termini, y luego la casa se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie.

    A petición, se puede tener un servicio de transporte con conductor (con coche o furgoneta), lo que puede llevar a los huéspedes directamente desde las puertas del aeropuerto al frente de la vivienda.
    Para llegadas después de las 20.00 hay un coste adicional de 25 €.

    Se requiere un depósito de seguridad de 150 € en efectivo, totalmente reembolsable a la salida.

Nice apartment in a good location for the train. The table on the balcony is really miss leading as it is very hard to get to. Check in went very well and I would stay here again.

Great spot

Just across the street from Roma Termini with multiple amazing restaurants all within a couple blocks. Beautiful apartment. Perfect for two couples.

This was a nice place very close to the Termini train station. Good location, easy to walk to from the train station. Check in was great, they were very accommodating & agreed to meet us to leave our bags to get to our Vatican tour if the place was not ready early, but it was ready! The only negative was an odd smell, but not the worst thing.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to the train station. Comfortable apartment with all the amenties needed. I would rent this apartment again when staying in Rome.

This apartment is perfectly located near Termini station. It was easy to get to the station and back with all our bags. The property manager let us drop off our bags before normal check in time and use the restroom before our walk to the Colosseum for a tour. There were lots of great restaurants in the area and easy access to the Metro for getting around.

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Great location just a couple minutes from Termini station with all transportation near by. Also supermarket in a couple minutes.

Right near the train station and many shops. It has a nice balcony off one of the bedrooms. It has a kitchen but no living space. We gathered in one of the bedrooms where there was a table and chairs so we could play cards. It is on the fifth floor, but has a small lift for luggage.

The apartment is fully redone and very clean!

Loved the location, close to the train station, buses and little restaurants! The apartment has been redone and I has everything you need! Sitting area is in one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have been redone as well! I would definitely stay there again!

Die Lage am Bahnhof (knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist unschlagbar für Flughafen-Express und beide U-Bahn-Linien. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufweite. Das Appartement ist geräumig, mit 2 Badezimmern & 2 Schlafzimmern. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es aber nicht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und einen kleinen Balkon gibt es ebenfalls. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit (Kontakt läuft über den Expedia-Chat). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous authentic Italian apartment. Only problem was 1 shower was blocked so couldn't be used. Close to the Termini and great local restaurants

Appartement bien placé

Appartement spacieux et bien placé, proche de la gare et du métro. Pour les bons marcheurs on peut tout faire à pied, du colisée au Vatican. 2 salles de douches bien pratiques quand on est plusieurs.

Great Location/Views

Everything in the description was accurate. Great location next to the Termini train station made it easy to access from the airport. Only a 10-15 minute cab ride to the city center & there are plenty of rideshare bicycle stations close by. Also, plenty of cafes nearby. A/C was nice and cold. Would definitely stay here again.

5 days in Rome after a Cruise. The host maintained contact , accommodated our unconventional arrival time and provided in depth information on the apartments features. We were pleased with the apartment and all of our questions were answered when we checked in. *****

The host was great! The location was great! But we have a couple of complaints. The mold in the shower should be addressed. Except for the bedroom the rooms were cold and there was a smell during the day. Could have been from outside but it was strong.

Central and good

The place is a short walk from Termini station (maybe 3 minutes from the platform if you know your way), spacious, clean, good for 2 couples. It is in the 4th floor and the elevator is for 3 adults or 2 adults plus luggage. That was fine for us.

Great place

Very convenient to travel all over Rome using Roma Termini. Very clean and comfortable. Other reviews complain about the elevator. Don’t listen. The elevator is small but works very well. Thanks for a great stay.

Bon emplacement très proche de la gare, commerces et restaurants.Le lit de la chambre double n’est pas confortable, le matelas est très usé. La cuisine n’est pas très confortable non plus (mini banc pour s’asseoir et chaises bancales).La grande chambre familiale est confortable.2 salles de bain, très pratique quand on est en famille. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte.

3 days in Rome

Well situated apartment in a great location. Walking distance to sights, good food, transportation, and Rome Termini train station. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. 5th floor with a very tiny elevator to go up and down. Took a little bit of time getting the bags up and and down the long climb. Not a big deal though. Def a great place for 5 people.

Good location close to Termini for rail,metro,buses and tour buses. The apartment is on the fifth floor, does not have a sitting area apart from the kitchen and is fairly basic. The sofa-bed in the front bedroom is beyond the end of its working life. We were told when we arrived that the oven did not work which really meant we couldn't cook a meal. The apartment was reasonably clean.
