The service was extraordinary. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgable. The meal service was good, but limited. But with restaurants within walking distance, this was not an issue. Very clean and safe. The only amenity I would add is a whirlpool and pool for guests.

A Little Gem!

This hotel is a little gem! In a very quiet area but very close to attraction. The room as super spacious! The service is simply the best: they really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with anything! The food is delicious, from the breakfast to the dinner! It's my favorite hotel when I go to Rome!

The guest house is really charming located in a beautiful and calm environment. Only 15 minutes by foot from The staff is super friendly, helpful and nice. We could not chose a better place to stay in Rome.

charmant mais perfectible ...

Assez agréablement surpris par le cadre et le style... mais plutôt réservé sur le service : le chauffage n'a pas été allumé et j'ai passé une nuit à grelotter, le petit déjeuné proposé d'office mais sans rappeler qu'il n'était pas dans le prix réservé en ligne, le "late check-out" chichement consenti jusqu'à 13 heures seulement... Malgré le quartier charmant, les bruits de circulation sont assez présents tout de même (ambulances, route passante à proximité de l'arrière de l'hôtel)

This is a lovely and charming boutique hotel. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Our room was lovely with a beautiful terrace - unfortunately it rained almost constantly while there so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Although the hotel was a little out of the centre it was still convenient to the Metro. We would highly recommend this charming boutique hotel while in Rome.

OUTSTANDING

I spent a month here while in Rome on business. It is a nearly perfect hotel. It is clean, private, quiet and roomy. The staff is amazing!! They went above and beyond on everything. It is within walking distance to the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. I can’t recommend this property highly enough!

A true gem

Amazing boutique hotel. Extremely chic and comfortable. Located in a very private posh area. 15 minutes walking to collisium. Will not stay in any other hotel if I go back to Rome except Peopoli

Charming and stylish, out of the fray

Pepoli9 was so lovely - stylish modern decor, very comfortable, charming residential neighborhood out of the fray, friendly and helpful staff. If you want to stay right in the center of it all within steps of restaurants and sites and metro then this isn't for you, but if you prefer a peaceful respite to the touristy overrun parts of Rome and to see how real modern Romans live then this is your spot. There are still a couple bus lines around the corner and the hotel can call you a cab to pick you up. There is a nice, popular neighborhood restaurant a couple blocks away, a strip of restaurants, shops, bars & more buses ~15 mins walk away, and is just a 20-25 min walk north to the Colosseum. It was perfect for us.
