“This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in.”

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. “The property had a beetle and cockroach problem. Notified the host three times with no response. The beds were little more than an American bed box springs. Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. Not because if the other issues……
