"This hotel welcomes you with a luxurious old world feel!! So close to the train station (literally across the street …) and right on the lake. It was easy to walk along the promenade and take public transportation to different nearby villages. The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of lake Geneva. The little balcony with table and chairs and Nespresso machine in the room was the icing on the cake :). Breakfast had a nice variety which included healthy options as well. What stood out the most was the concierge and staff that worked at the hotel. They were super helpful in finding and recommending things to do to make the most of the stay, even calling ahead ro a nearby vineyard to make sure they had space for us for a last minute tasting. Then helping us with the trains there and back. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough and would stay here again!"
"Everything was great, the stay, the staff, the room and the view. I like to thank everyone, specially Artemisa, Leandro, Vilma and all the front desk, room service and housekeeping staff, they were very good to us and always with a smile in their faces. Thank you so much."
"This hotel exceeded all expectations with its spectacular view and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and the overall experience was peaceful and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway."
