“The rooms were comfortable and basic. The cushion on the window seat/desk area was dirty/stained. The restaurant and meeting rooms are nice. The lobby and restaurant plays the same song on loop over and over and over. It can be maddening if you're there for several days. There is a small food court next door with a few restaurants and a convenience store. I prefer it over the other places in the area that I've stayed.”

“The property was disgusting, dirty, and barely habitable. The shower curtain was full of soap scum, water was leaking from the AC unit, mold growing from where the AC unit where the water was leaking from, the sink was dirty, bodily fluid stains on the sofa. We left an hour after checking in. They photos completely misrepresented the condition of the unit. Don't stay here! ”

“It took more than 3.5 hours for us to check in! We did not check in until after 10:30 PM! Then we found out that the AC did not work and it was impossible to sleep! The apartment was dirty and had bugs flying all through it. The staff of Travelio didn’t care to help us or make it right. I have been staying in Jakarta for 3 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in Indonesia! Just horrible! Don’t stay here! You will be disappointed, unable to sleep, and get eaten...
