“The staff was nice and helpful, but they were not around when we arrived. Which would be fine if it were night. But we got there at 4:30. There was no way to get things we needed. I noticed lots of things in town shut down though. Maybe there was a holiday? The breakfast the next day was nice. Unfortunately my son and husband’s room had an odor. “The building is lovely and in keeping with the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and serve you a plentyful breakfast, they even told us to make up some rolls for lunchtime. The bed was comfy and the room size was fine, the bathroom was a bit snug but okay. Location is excellent, it's been extremely hot , so we have been out early when its cool, really good chilling in the park bar in the afternoon under the shade , in deck chairs watching the ships and birds on the Rhine.
