I only got luke warm water every evening/ night I took a shower. Maid service is available daily, but only to change out your towels & empty the trash. We were told that sheets didn't get changed or bed made until 72hrs after checking in. No box of tissues & windows didn't open at all (not even a crack). It got so dry in our room that we needed to go out & buy a humidifier. Continental breakfast was offered which was a nice surprise because when we called to ask, we were told no breakfast was included in the stay.
