“The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.”

Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company……
