“Staff friendly hotel was ok. Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Batter for the waffles was very thin and or watery. Which made burnt hollow waffle crisps instead of waffles. The water to juice ration on the juice machine produce water downed OJ. ”

“This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!”

“Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind……

“Their card reading machine does not read for cards that are valid and should not be declined. I spoke with my credit card company over the phone to verify the decline and they said they did not receive a decline on their end, it is merely a problem with the machine/software at Quality Inn. The front desk person verified this is an ongoing problem. So I had to run to a gas station to use an ATM to pay for the room deposit which was inconvenient. The room was really nice but the area around the……
