We are 300 meters from the departure of the customs path which runs along the magnificent red rocks of the Esterel. We are close to the shopping center 50 meters away with all the shops (mini-market, fishmonger, bakery, caterer, laundromat) as well as many very welcoming small restaurants, which avoids taking the car. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and the city center is approximately 600 meters away. voila for the exterior. The 70 m2 apartment consists of a hall, a bedroom with two 90x190 beds with the possibility of twinning, a bedroom with a large 160x200 bed with Italian shower as well as a bathroom with tub, all overlooking a 12m2 balcony on the west side. On the south east side, the 40m2 living room is extended by 12m2 of balcony accessible by two bay windows of 5 meters total opening, sunshine from in the morning without any opposite and view of the sea facing the Gulf of Saint Tropez between the land lion and the sea lion and breathtaking view of the park. The living room consists of a living room equipped with a convertible sofa with armchair and pouffe, coffee table, television and internet; dining room with table and 6 chairs, American kitchen with pyrolysis oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, hob and hood, toaster, coffee machine, iron. It is a pleasure to be able to take all meals outside with a magnificent view. Sun loungers provided. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. This fully renovated apartment in a modern style can accommodate 6 people. The pool itself was a good size and quiet - perfect for relaxing in. The location was ideal for the restaurants and bars around the marina, and only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Das Appartement ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Toller Balkon mit Morgensonne und seitlichem Blick auf‘s Meer. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit täglich frischem Baguette. Nach „downtown“ St.-Raphaël, d.h. Strandpromenade, sind es etwa 7 min. zu Fuß. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Einziger Haken: Vermieter und die Agentur-Dame, die Schlüssel übergibt und Endabnahme macht, sind sehr nett, sprechen aber nicht (!) englisch, wie angegeben, sondern ausschließlich französisch. Im Hafenbereich gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und zahlreiche Restaurants für jeden Geschmack, Unser Auto konnte abends stehen bleiben, morgens konnten wir zum Frühstück Croissants und Baguette besorgen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Mme Loisy und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber, sowohl bei unserer Ankunft, als auch beim Check-out funktionierte alles ohne Probleme. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Emplacement idéal en face de la place et commerces de proximités. Piscine de la résidence top.
