“Overall, the property is really nice and clean. Where the service needs to be improved is in the food quality and variety. The meat served was always dried and hard to chew. And more local cuisine wouldn’t hurt. Also, the cleaning ladies must do an effort to be nicer to the customers.”

“Not a 4 stars hotel by a long shot. No coffee or croissants as of 9:15 am, when breakfast was supposed to end at 10 am. Stay away from the pool. Poor maintenance ”

“Firstly, we did not get to stay at Residence du Port as our booking confirmation could not be located. We asked to look around so as to make a new reservation, but found that the pool was inaccessible as we were informed that it was under renovation. We were also informed that the wifi was not free as indicated in my confirmation. We were also not happy with the 2 units which were left. ”
