Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Zustand der Einrichtung, hier müssten einige Renovierungsarbeiten erfolgen.
Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.
Würden das Hotel auch ein weiteres mal buchen.
Sehr gute Lage zum Strand nur einige Meter und auch genug Auswahl an diversen Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten, alles Fußläufig erreichbar. ”
“Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und unser Zimmer war, wie auch letztes Jahr, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist modern. Die Lage ist Top, keine Minute von der Promenade entfernt. Es stehen auch Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Leider kann man diese nicht reservieren oder buchen. Deshalb gilt, wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst. Das Personal ist (bis auf eine Ausnahme) sehr freundlich.”

“Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable.
I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet.
The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance
The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys.

“Otel genel anlamda çok güzeldi çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi kat gorevlisinden spadaki meltem hanıma kadar çok memnun kaldım elleri şifalı gibi resmen eşimle kese köpük ve spa deneyimi yaşadık eşiyle birlikte çok tatlı insanlar elleri dert görmesin burdan da teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum otelin tek ufacık olumsuz yanı yatacagimiz saatte üst katta yürüme sesi geldi çok fazla hazırlık yapılıyordu heralde ertesi gün için bu konuda da önlem alirlarsa gerçekten çok çok iyi olur . Herşeyin için teşekkürler...
