“Dyla was so welcoming and amazing, really nice place close to the bus station for a good price”

“So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. He made sure to get in contact with the Uber driver as well as the bar owner. The uber driver did not find my Phone at first. I was literally on my way to my next destination a mile away in a taxi Alexis arranged and Alexis called……

“It was amazing hostel! I can't think of anything significant enough to complain about. The bed is SUPER soft! One of best hostel bed in my two years of traveling. There are outlet available on each bed which is useful. It's really beautiful too. One of most beautiful hostel I stayed in my two years. The service is great too. They are very nice people as well they try their best to adapt to your need. As I don't eat some specific food, they offered me a toasted bread with avocado for breakfast.……

“I am grateful for the amazing affordability of this hostel which was also paired with a low-key easy-going atmosphere. When I was told that there would be “a pancake” in the morning I wasn’t expecting much but I was happily surprised to discover that this pancake was very large, neither over cooked nor under cooked and it was decorated with two different fruits on top along with syrup of course. Thank you! I’m so grateful.”

“The property was a very large and a private space that felt very welcoming. Offering a delicious breakfeast in the morning, transportation to and from the airport and a great selection of tours that were exceptional! It was located in a quiet and comfortable nieborhood along with good places to eat nearby.”

“It was ok and good but can be more better if some customer services can be improved. Especially during night time if they have their better awake staff for night shift to resolve the needs of customers. I did not found my blanket on first night and for this reason I go to customer service desk to see the receptionist, he was sleeping. I slept without blanket for my first night stay. Also for one day their kitchen sink water was not working and plates etc stuff was washed by the customers/guests……

“Missförstå mig inte, för det man betalade fick man helt okej i gengäld: en säng och rent badrum. Läget är också hyfsat men är svårg att hitta, finns inget skyltat (inte ens på deras dörr). Det är rent men också slitet och ganmalt. Den frukost som var gratis bestod av vitt bröd och frukt, när jag kom ned var det bara två bananer kvar. Receptionen är inte alltid öppen.”

“The staff were very helpful and the rooms were large and comfortable. We arrived late at night and found the area the hostel to be quite sketchy. I would not recommend walking the streets at night. The hostel itself felt very safe though. Great place to stay if you are looking for something cheap near the airport. ”

“This was just an absolute pleasure to stay at this place. The amenities were great and everything was perfect. From beginning to the end the communication was great. Whatsapp keeps the communication great and makes your stay private. Text them just about anything you want and it is done. You can also order Uber eats and get grocerys or food delivered. Breakfast is fabulous as you can see in the pictures. As far as amenities you have about everything you want. You have Netflix and Alexa……
