Welcome to your perfect San Juan getaway!

This charming second-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is ideally located for easy access to everything San Juan has to offer. Perfect for families or couples, the apartment features a spacious master bedroom for restful nights and a fun second bedroom with a bunk bed and pull-out twin, ideal for kids or extra guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, a comfortable living room with TV and plenty of natural light, and a beautiful wrap-around balcony where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Outside, cozy seating areas provide a perfect spot for relaxing afternoons or evenings with your loved ones. The apartment offers comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere right in the heart of San Juan, letting you truly experience the city at its best. Guests have full access to both bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and the inviting balcony, as well as outdoor seating reserved just for your apartment.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet atmosphere of the building , loud parties or events are not allowed.
