If you are looking for a beautiful, traditional and unspoiled place to enjoy your vacation, then the Ultental Valley is the right place for you! Breathtaking views, untouched nature, over 700 km of marked hiking trails, sparkling mountain lakes and, above all, a vacation in the countryside await you here! Here, hikers, mountaineers, skiers, nature lovers and connoisseurs get their money's worth!



Our house is located near Merano in sunny St. Pankraz / Ultental, 736m above sea level. The three clean apartments with new furnishings ensure a carefree living experience. From our vacation apartments you have a direct view of the mountain world of the eastern foothills of the Ortler region. They are surrounded by our local mountain, the Laugenspitze at 2,450 meters, the Ultner Hohe Warte at 2,650 meters and the Kornigel at 2,420 meters. Our location is also an ideal starting point for a variety of hikes of all levels of difficulty.

Enjoy cooking up delicious meals on the shared barbecue at this vacation rental.

The apartment is very clean and offers great value with a strong focus on cleanliness and a cozy, home-like atmosphere. It features a large, well-kept outdoor area and is centrally located with easy connections to Meran and the Ultental valley, right next to the bus stop and main road. The free climbing hall is just a 5-minute walk away. Lana is a 10-minute drive, and the spa town of Merano is 25 minutes by car. Convenient bus connections are available right at the doorstep.
