The view from the hotel was beautiful, the location was close to food and bars. If you’re looking for beach front views without all inclusive prices, this is it!"

"The property is absolutely beautiful; photos don't do it justice. The hotel is only feet from the beach and walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The airport is short golf cart ride which the hotel provides. The rooms are spacious and clean. Planes do fly overhead during the day but I didn't notice any noise at night. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our future visits. It was an exceptional experience!"

"The hotel itself is very peaceful. Enjoy the beach at walking distance. The restaurant on site has really great food, but I will say come prepare to wait a bit. But it’s a great place to come and relax. "

"We did a scuba trip with Amigos Del Mar and the Sunbreeze Suited was the perfect location. Walkable to the dive shop/boats and clean. Jerk Caribbean restaurant on site and small, clean pool. Attentive staff. Suite had refrigerator/feeezer and full kitchen with coffee pot and all supplies and microwave. "

"Great little place. The hotel was small and quaint. And the staff was amazing so friendly and helpful. We even went out on their sailboat Azul to go see the sharks and stingrays. What an amazing trip that was. The Palapa restaurant that was at the end of the pier was a fun little night spot with live music and good food. During the day you could float around in it, floating tubes out and back of the restaurant and enjoy the site efficient stingray, swimming below. Blue Tang Inn was the perfect little spot. Only five minute walk into town some of the most delicious food around. "

The property manager Katlynn and her husband Angel were top notch. Always responsive and helpful. It's not a luxury spot but had everything we needed for a great 12 day stay."

"We liked the location of this property because it was right in the middle of a lot of neat shopping options, and super convenient to many good restaurants. It was also a two minute walk from the airport, but there weren't flights going throughout the night, so we all got good sleep. We arrived a few hours early, and they were able to get us in the room before the 3 PM check-in. That was nice. We didn't see much staff, but the people we did see were friendly. There is not a beach right next to the property where sand meets water, like you might think at a resort, but there were some options nearby. We liked the location. The property had sort of a cozy feel, despite the fact everything in this country is made with cement because of the hurricanes."

"We stayed at the Villa Mandevilla a week in February. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and location of the house(definitely need the golf carts). There were 6 couples and the house provide us a great amount of space for everyone. We spent the mornings down in the Pallapa area having coffee and watching the waters. During the day we utilized the pool area (the pool isn't large but worked well for our group) and spent the evenings on the roof top. Cora, Jorge and Johnny were awesome to work with. We had a few very minor issues at the house and the response time was amazing. We can't say enough good things about how Cora helped us plan our arrival, excursions and departure. She is very personable and we felt like she could have fit right in with our group. Jorge was so sweet making sure the pool, outdoor areas on the house and beach were clean. We had lots of laughs on our golf cart rides to and from town. It is a bumpy road but if you turn it into an adventure it is very entertaining. We did utilize the chef 3 times during our stay. It was nice the 1st night and 1st morning not having to worry about cooking. We were able to taste and enjoy the cultural foods of Belize. She even made a birthday cake for one of our crews 60 birthday. There are several restaurants close to the house that we visited and really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this house again..."
