Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. I walked to the Beachwood Market and the Beachwood Cafe almost daily. Carlos was quick to get back to me and the communication was easy and prompt. We appreciated having a nice washer and dryer.
