"We come to Santa Maria often and try new hotels/motels in the area to see which offer the best value. We were pleasantly surprised with the room we received. Clean, neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping came daily, and the location was near so many things. There's even a nice Mexican restaurant right next to the motel. The only complaints we had was the limited parking during our stay and the water pressure for the shower. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the young man who handled our check-in, very professional and friendly."

"My husband and I decided to take a quick getaway to Pismo Beach, and we found the perfect hotel right on the water! Our room was oceanfront, so we spent all day relaxing on the balcony right in front of the waves. The location was amazing—right on the boardwalk, just a minute from the pier and all the local restaurants. We truly had a wonderful three-day weekend and will definitely be back!"

"Checking in was quick and easy. Corrina was very nice, helpful, informative just simply amazing! She’s literally the best! Even my pre teen daughter smiled ! Breakfast was good, I’ve stayed at different Homewood suites and they offer cold brew coffee which I was bummed this location didn’t offer it but no biggie."
