すぐ裏にイオンがあり、朝食用の食料品の調達は容易です。また、飲食店が5店舗ほど入っている他、ホテル周辺には地味に飲食店がそこそこあるので、夜遅くならない限り困らないと思う。但し、24時間営業のチェーン店は無いので、夜中は注意です。ホテルとしては、清潔なビジネスホテルで、男性には５人収容程度ですが、サウナがあるのは嬉しいです。唯一、改善をお願いしたいのは、電子レンジが１台しかなく、時間帯によっては混雑するので、各階１台等増設をお願いしたいです。

駅近がポイント大。スーパーやショッピングモールもあり、とても便利でした。ベッドも寝やすくてダブルのお部屋1人利用でしたが使いやすかったです。廊下からの人の声がかなり聞こえるなと感じましたが、困るほどではありませんでした。また機会があれば使いたいと思います。

フロントでのチェックインをタッチパネルで自分で入力する経験は初めてで　慣れてない事なので　面倒を感じました。部屋のドアの所で　鍵を受けとるのは防犯的には　とてもいい事だと安心できます

スタッフの方が駐車場について丁寧に説明してくださいました。空調も効きがよく快適に過ごせたと思ったのですが両腕を複数ヶ所、おそらくダニに噛まれて痒みがあります。

便利で綺麗

東札幌駅に近く，また，出張先の札幌コンベンションセンターへの徒歩圏内で便利です．レセプションは無人で，タブレット端末からチェックインをし，鍵番号が印刷され，ドアのところでそれを入力すると鍵で出てくるというシステムです．キーロッカーがあるので，チェックアウト時に荷物を預けられますが，時間によってはいっぱいになってしまいます．

Typical Japanese business hotel. Simple, small but clean. Hotel also had a sauna to use. Hotel is usually used by Japanese so the self checkin kiosk had difficulty recognizing a foreign last name but the front counter staff was very helpful assisting. The location is next to the subway station, not far from Odori station, and Aeon Mall is also next to it.
