Perfect Location

Other reviewers said the street noise was noticeable and the outside light was an issue; however, we had no problem with either. We would highly recommend this property as a haven of tranquility! Savannah Fun

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! As seniors we love walking and having Forsyth Park right across the street provided us much enjoyment. River Street is only a mile away and an easy stroll.

Excellent little spot in a perfect location

This was probably the best stay I've had at a rental property. The place was nice and clean, check in/out was a breeze, and this spot was located in the perfect spot in Savannah. It was nice to have street parking, but I really only drove once or twice as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of this house. The bathroom was nice, clean and modern, the kitchen had all working appliances and plenty of utensils/kitchenware, and the bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful view. Really loved being right on Forsyth park. Also, loved the DVD selection lol. Thanks for letting me stay in such a fantastic spot for a fantastic weekend!

Great Savanah Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Savannah. Being right on Forsyth Park was an absolute bonus. The place was spacious, clean and the location was quiet. As referenced in a few of the other reviews, the bedroom windows need additional drapery or black out shades to lessen the nighttime light from the street light…..a simple fix. Some sounds from upstairs residents, but would definitely recommend!

Perfect Savannah location

Great 1st floor location overlooking Forsyth Park and walkable to the entire city. Very safe with 2 key code locks to the apartment with a very narrow entrance from the hallway. Parking was challenging Wednesday night because of street sweeping, but didn't have any issues for the rest of the day, Weds-Saturday. King bed was very soft & comfy, sheets were a bit starchy/itchy. Bedroom doesn't get very dark at night because of streetlights and no curtains. If there are guests above, you can hear every step and muffled voices while they move about and come in and out of the house. Hot shower water didn't last too long, but had incredible pressure. Overall, a great trip and location - would stay again.

So convenient to Forsyth Park and the free dot bus. Parking is unmetered and never had a problem finding a space not that the car was needed for much! Took it out to Tybee one day and for some distant shopping. Nothing like waking up and walking across the park to the Sentient Bean to start the day especially on Saturday when the market will offer fresh vegetables, frozen fresh fish, and lots of bread and pastry options - a true farmers market. The light through the blinds some reviewers mentioned is real but did not bother - like a nightlight you can't turn off. The street sound was not overly annoying and the conversation of the upstairs neighbors was heard when they entered the shared hallway but could only hear their footsteps when they were in their apartment. The water pressure was great and the huge closet was appreciated. Even read on the little patio out back. No issues at all. Cooked many meals in the kitchen. Enjoyed the TVs in the evenings. Would rent again and hope to do just that!

Provisions included were very helpful.The only minor problems we encountered:Though the unit has Roku, we couldn't get to any of the network channels for news or sports without the Roku passcode, so TV was as much as not available for what we would watch.As of Sunday until checket out Monday, we had no internet access. Kept getting a message that we had the wrong password - even after rebooting etc. No response from management on second contact.Fortunately we had iphones for internet and I could watch the sports I wanted on my ipad because we have a YouTube TV subscription.

Great visit to Savannah at this cute, and clean property. Great for a couple, or a couple and small child/children, or a mother/daughter trip.Great location! Close to River Street, and several special weekend events at the park located directly across the street. A bit noisy (at times) hearing cars passing by, but overall a great 5 night stay!

Great location

Stayed 4 nights. Apartment was immaculate and in a fabulous location. Entry was easy. Needs curtains in bedroom, streetlights keep room lit at night. Hot water in shower seemed to run out quickly, but the water pressure was great. Couch is a bit lumpy and could use some throw pillows, but otherwise very comfy location. Would definitely stay again.

While the location was convenient, traffic noise during night/sleep time was excessive and windows do nothing to insulate interior from this noise, property need window treatments to effectively block light from interior, bathtub does not properly drain and fills up with water during shower. I would not stay at this property again.

You should hang blackout curtains in bedroom . Lights from park shined in the bedroom. I think some color in the rooms / updating would be nice and easy to do. Location is wonderful . parking was fine for Savannah. Customer service was wonderful

It was located across the street from Forsyth Park which made access to the city bus and the Hop on hop off bus convenient. The only problems were that 2 lights were out and the TVs did not work. One Tv was missing a ROKU remote and I think the batteries were dead on the other. A quick call to Lucky Savannah had Candace at our door to fix the issues. Candace could not have been nicer. She had to go back to the office and get materials and it was the end of her shift, but she happily fixed things for us so we could enjoy the Olympics. Thanks Candace!

Great overall but...

Overall great experience. When a property is fantastic, the little 'misses' stick out more. This isnt a negative review, just little annoyances like half the lamps didnt have working lightbulbs and there was an embedded tobacco smell (like a lifelong smoker used to live there) that kind of dinged the experience.
