“We really enjoyed our stay at Glen Ellen Retreat #1. Leann replied to my questions quickly. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it was in very good condition. I felt very safe for the few days that I stayed by myself before the rest of my family arrived. Great location! Glen Ellen is a cute community with plenty of restaurants, bars/wine tastings, parks, grocery store within walking distance. Would……

“Beautiful home!! It was so spacious, close to vineyards, and very private! I felt so safe as a solo female traveler. Not to mention the property was beautiful! So many gorgeous plants and trees, and then you can see the beautiful vineyard and wineries. I would love to stay here again - definitely family friendly as well. ”

“This little place is well equipped, designed with flare, and extremely cozy! A great relaxing landing place for exploring the area. I was immediately soothed upon entry: mood lighting and a spa-like atmosphere were just what I needed. Little touches like coffee and snacks, along with the unique jetted shower, make for a really relaxing environment. Also, the hosts provided very thorough recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. A great find in San Rafael!”

“We stayed here after backpacking, and it was the perfect place in the area to stay the night. The sauna was very nice and everything was clean. I would recommend driving to and from during the day if you are not used to windy roads. Would stay here again!”

Didn't spend much time outside since the weather was a bit cool while we were there, but really liked the fenced-in backyard. Note that there is quite a bit of road noise from the freeway below. An easy drive to Napa from this property.”

“Eugene and Natalie are exceptional hosts! Our Sonoma Suitte was well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a big screen TV. What was truly nice are the extras for example: a bottle of nice wine, a bowl of fruit with apples and persimmons, cookies, biscotti, a nice can of Italian wafers and more. The bed was very comfortable. What we really appreciate is a washer and dryer in the room so we do not have to pack as many clothes for an extended stay. The location is very quiet and yet easily……

“Loved the Property and the Golf Course. Didn't realize, when I booked it, that it was on the Silverado Golf Course with great views and was a short walk from our room the the Club House. Loved the food and drinks! Would definitely go back again if we get a chance! It was perfect for our Anniversary vacation.”
