I arrived with my minor children only to find that the property is completely misrepresentative of its online photos and description. The hotel advertises a clean, usable pool, but in reality, the pool is abandoned, closed off by a dirty cover, and clearly has not been maintained for years. The environment felt extremely unsafe. “Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.”

“2 adults, one washcloth, one towel, no trashcan in room, bugs everywhere on the floor (dead). No bugs in or on mattress (thank God), we arrived close to midnight, complained the next morning and front desk assistant promptly let us know we could have came to the front office to get a trash can and towels....it was a very long walk to the office, we were tired so we just chalked it up to realizing he didn't care.”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”
