"Room was excellent. Location is good but if you have mobility issues then you would have to Uber to waterfront/shops. Valet/complimentary shuttle unreliable."

"Hotel and staff were great. A ton of things to see and do, Also so many great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Only thing we weren’t a fan of was the valet parking. Took us about 10 minutes waiting for attendant to finally check us in so we could then check in to the hotel itself. The hotel charges $40 per night for valet parking. Once we got there I found there was a parking lot right across the street that had overnight parking for $30. In the future I would use that parking lot as it would be easy to use that lot. Only other complaint was the construction of another hotel right next door. It was quite noisy from 9am to 5pm. Not that we spent a lot of in the room but it was an issue when walking around or dining in the surrounding area. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. Neither of those two issues would prevent us from going back."
