Hotel was very clean and quiet when we arrived. Service was exceptional in every way. All expectations were met.

This hotel is in the perfect location to walk to everything around the waterfront. I had a really late check in because of a delayed flight and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portland!

The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The courtyard was spacious and provided a comfortable space to sit outside and chat. The morning coffee and grab and go breakfast was the only thing below average.

I love this place! Check in is always smooth and the staff is always friendly. I really like the room set up with the separate living space from the sleeping space, and also a separate full kitchen area. Breakfast is included and always good with a large variety to choose from. They also have a free light supper a few nights a week. I sleep so well as the mattress and pillows are wonderful. The toiletries are nice and the towels are thick. Very helpful staff at check in.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and linens, comfortable bads. I like seeing that, though it is dated, there are updates and improvements being made. We didn't get to use the pool or hottub but, i like that is is available and wont book with a hotel that does not have these amenities.

Didn’t like the dog hair on the carpet

very friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and big. Valet was expensive ($40/night) I think the valet may have caused a small dent in the drive car door (brand new car, 5 miles on it)

The listing on Expedia has on site pool. Which it isn’t. It is the hotel next door.

This property is beautiful. It sits in the historic area of the old port. It is very close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops and historic areas. The mattress and sheets were superb. While in the old port, we took a trolley tour which took us out to Portland headlight and then gave us a tour of of the old port. You can catch fairies from about two or three minutes walk away, we would strongly recommend this hotel.

I changed my hotel to this one since it listed a EV car charger. Apparently the city owns the charger and it is damaged. BUT I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything else was at the hotel.

The room was very nice. It was on the 11th floor. However, the view was not great. It stated harbor view but it was a view of the back bay area. The breakfast was really good. Very fresh fruit and friendly, attentive staff.

Great room! Very clean, comfortable bed, and large tub! The staff was so accommodating and kind, as well.

Great location. Easy access for day trips up the coast, Boston etc. Boys loved the pool. Staff was responsive and took care of minor requests timely. Breakfast crew was outstanding and really made us feel appreciated for staying on property.
