“Our room was very comfortable and clean, hot water, the traditional designs and culture are well represented all throughout this awesome resort. The staff very friendly and professional. There's a variety of tasty food and drinks to order, wifi, massage available, taxi, 20 minute walk to beach and a lively center of town. The cool part was great musical experience provided by locals some days there's dancers, a fashion show and a chance to actually play traditional instruments. My hi point was……

“L'état général satisfaisant. Un effort ne serait pas de trop sur l'état des transats. Essayer aussi de faire dépayser les visiteurs avec des plats locaux au lieu de la nourriture occidental. Le cadre est magnifique dépaysement total. Les serveurs au top. ”

“We loved the Ecolodge de Simal. It's really off the beaten track (quite literally so), but once you get there, the location is wonderful: right on the water. We were there for three nights. The food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty; the free activities (like a excursion en pirogue) was wonderful; the pool is chlorinated and clean; the rooms are rustic with open air bathrooms and toilets, but comfortable; the housekeeping good; the bar/restaurant staff friendly. It's not a "luxury"……
