“Clean room, great staff from the reception to the bar/food team”

“I think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. So I hope for ur facilities worker can look...

“Nice accommodation within close proximity of Mesamall. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Communication was good......when available. Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. ”

“When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken.”

“Great hotel inside the airport. Easy check-in, the room (single plus) was spacious, new, clean and veey comfortable. Bathroom and shower were big. Great offer to eat and buy thing as soon as you get out of the hotel, since it's inside the terminal KLIA2.”
