Fantastic location and view. We loved the fire pit and all 13 of us fit in the large hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated our hosts who were so easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we all came away with lots of memorable moments including seeing a bear along the roadside on the way to the store. Our favorite places were Townsend Wye, the caverns, and Douglas Lake.

Beautiful, family friendly stay

This house was perfect for our family! We had such a good time and felt right at home as soon as we opened the door. Comfy beds, plenty of space for games and relaxing. Kiddos had the “best week ever” and parents and grandparents were able to relax and enjoy themselves. Owners were so responsive and check in and out were simple. Close to fun activities, antique stores, and dining. Access to the community pool and fishing pond was an added bonus for our family and super convenient. 10/10 recommend this property for your family or friend vacay!

Lovely stay

A lot of room to spread out. Kids were quite entertained. The hot tub works but was a bit dirty and the cover is kind of a pain. But we had everything we needed wish just there was a king bed upstairs.

Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time outside! The home as very clean and worked well for our large family with lots of kids.

Wonderful experience

We really enjoyed the seclusion of the house, but close proximity to the tourist traps. The house and property were very clean and comfortable. The kids had a blast in the pool and with the games. Even with 14 people, we never felt cramped. Thanks for having us and making our first rental experience with friends so positive!

Perfect mini family vacation

I’d like to start off with saying Communication with the owners was top tier. I’ve never had an owner reply back so quickly. I was impressed to say the least. The location was very easy to find. We were tucked away in a private area with ample space for the littles to run around and play without worry. The house itself was very warm and inviting;It felt like a home away from home. The kids loved it even the teenager and that says a lot. All of the younger group stayed downstairs allowing the hubby and I to have upstairs to ourselves. There were 11 of us in total and we still had an empty bedroom upstairs across the hall This home is spacious. We found firewood at a local gas station for the fire pit and enjoyed s’mores and roasting hotdogs. The swim spa was a big hit and we even pulled out our projector and enjoyed movie night outside. I loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed. We weren’t far from attractions at all. There were so many things we liked about this place. I can’t imagine my review will do it justice. If you’re looking for a spacious, warm inviting home, with a kid friendly setting , nice Mountain View’s, huge jacuzzi (swim spa) fully stocked kitchen, well-kept , easy to reach friendly owners, as well as peaceful place then this is the spot for you! We’re definitely going back!

Spacious and clean

Weekend getaway

Best cabin we have ever rented

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well-stocked, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Lots of extras too, such as bug spray, bubbles for the kids, extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again. If I had to say one thing on the negative side it would be the hot tub and porches could be cleaner. The porches are great, but we would have to clean off a chair before we could sit on it. They had not been swept or cleaned in quite a while. The hot tub had lots of dirt, debris in it as soon as we took the top off. It's a great hot tub, just didn't expect to have to clean it out before we could use it. We also enjoyed the fire pit and amazing mountain view. A beautiful home!

Great family location with awesome spa hot tub!

Our family had great quality time together, 3 grandsons, parents and grandparents. Spa tub was a hit and we enjoyed Jenga and board games before bed. Plenty of room and close to attractions. Would stay again.

Quiet & Convenient

We stayed here in March and had a wonderful time! I loved everything about this home. It’s quietly nestled in a neighborhood with great views of the dwindling mountains. It is not high in the mountains like I normally book, but it was perfect because e didn’t have to worry about the kids wandering off or falling down hills. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of games for the kids. 12 person spa was a commodity. Plenty of seating around the fire pit for s’mores! The best part was the communication with the owners. We had realized shortly after leaving we had left some of the kids medicines and they were able to unlock it for us to go back in. Highly recommend this place. May have to book again in the future!

Family Getaway

Our stay was so enjoyable! The cabin was very clean, and had everything you’d need! The teens loved the pool table and swim spa, along with my 6 year old. We had more than enough room as well. I absolutely loved the location…easy drive to pigeon forge or Townsend, and the views are lovely! If you’re looking for a spacious, well maintained place, this is it!

Wonderful!

Our stay was amazing. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The location was perfect. The views were even better. My family of 11 stayed here comfortably and never once felt cramped. Kids loved the pool table and game console. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We were there during Christmas and I loved that there was a christmas tree and a record player with christmas albums. There was so many things that we loved about this trip and cannot wait to get back. We did have an issue with the internet and the host was quick to respond and help. Absolutely 5 stars!

Best rental so far!!

This place brought us so much peace. The way it was nestled in the woods, simply decorated, the mountain view, and quiet. Loved everything about this place. It had everything needed for a family stay.
