Very good experience

The house is exactly you see in the photos. It’s very clean, the towels smell very good…lol. They have very good communication. I really recommend stay there, next time I’ll book the same cabin again.

Good stay

Everything in this property was as described. It was a great stay for us. I only had 2 issues. There were a few too many cobwebs and the window on the door had no covering. Other than that the property was amazing.

2 night stay

Property had everything we needed. Plenty of room to explore outside. It did get warm upstairs with limit on air condition setting and the ceiling fan switch was covered, so maybe it wasn't working. Not that big of deal for just 2 nights.

Spring Break 2024

The cabin was clean and cozy. Conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tub was a nice bonus and much enjoyed by all.

Cleanliness

The cabin needs some extra cleaning on vacuum baseboards and cobwebs in top corners in bathroom. The vanity in bathroom was dirty on front of cabinet. Overall the general cleanliness was good

Nice weekend stay

It was a nice cabin for the 5 of us. We really were out and about most of the time. Could have been a little cleaner...spider webs inside, a few bugs. But we were in the woods after all! Upstairs shower and stove were a little dirty. Overall though, we were comfortable there.

Perfect

Very clean and relaxing, perfect for a family or even for two. Only complaints was there were some insects in the tub and upstairs was way too hot. Just needs some minor improvements would definitely book again in the future

Family vacation

The perfect cabin for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking in the Smokey Mountain National Park. Close to downtown Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Family of 5, we really enjoyed staying at this cabin. Great location, private with great view. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and cozy. We will definitely look it up to stay again. Thanks for opening your doors so we can enjoy it for our vacation

Great cabin

We loved the cabin close to main strip but I’m mountains we come to watch baseball tournament for my grandson. So quick to get to ballfield 5 miles from cabin. We will stay again thank you for sharing your cabin with myself and my husband

Loved it

Absolutely loved the area and how quiet it was and how nice the cabin was. Spent the evenings on the porch just listening to the sounds of nature around me. Not far from the attractions and very comfortable

Cozy Cabin

My husband and I loved the cabin, it was perfect for the two of us but would have also been great for an additional 2-4 people. The king bed and jacuzzi tub were upstairs so that’s where we slept and a queen bed is in the room downstairs. Everything in the cabin was very clean and smelled nice. The comforter set on the king bed was SO SOFT we could have slept all day in it, I was obsessed. So much so that I found it online thanks to Google lens and am ordering one for our bed! The couple of suggestions I could make are 1. There is a in ground grill such as ones at public parks Etc. An updated one would be nice. And 2. There could be more light where the jacuzzi tub is. I had to turn on every light upstairs and it was still dark at the tub. Other than that we loved the location of the cabin and everything else. It was in the woods yet not far from antique shopping in Wears Valley and the Goats on the Roof Mountain Coaster. We also liked that it didn’t require a 20 minute trek up the mountains to get to it, the driveway is steep but not very long so it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely recommend the Windsong!

Mountain Vacation

The cabin was amazingly beautiful. My family and I had so much fun. It was located in the best spot of the mountains and near everything we wanted to do. We had no issues with anything in the cabin. It didn’t get too hot for us. We definitely wanna go back

Budget Friendly Breathtaking Views

We decided very late in the game (October) that we wanted to spend Thanksgiving in PF with family. After searching a while on many different sites, this was one of the only few that met our criteria. Honestly speaking, it wasn’t a first choice-I toyed between it and several others, because of the slim choices left available. I finally decided on it based on the price. When we arrived, we were more than pleasantly surprised. It had a very welcoming feel to it. The Christmas tree and decorations were such a nice surprise! Definitely gave it that Right At Home feeling! Using the code to unlock the door was incredibly easy and very convenient. My husband and I took the upstairs loft king sized bed, waking up to absolutely incredible views. We’re generally hot natured sleepers, but the ceiling fans kept us perfectly content the entire time. My parents took the downstairs bedroom with no complaints. And our 2 kids (9 & 11) took the sleeper sofa. It was VERY easy to fold out and tuck away, and the kids said it slept well. Having a washer/dryer was convenient. And I’m thoroughly amazed at how well the hot water worked. 4 people showering back to back/simultaneously between 2 bathrooms— and never once did we run into any issues of a “cool” shower. IF I was forced to write a complaint, the only things I’d say were 1) the upstairs shower is very small, but we made do. 2) the upstairs rug had what looked to be pet hair on it; perhaps it was over looked when vacuuming before our stay. 3) (this is probably the only major issue) the stairs are GORGEOUS, and the added touch of motion lights is great; but at the very last stair/before the landing and turn, perhaps consider adding another light facing the landing. My son came to get me in the middle of night and as I walked him back down (I made sure to go first to prevent HIM from falling) I missed the half step, caught myself on the wall and twisted my foot. Luckily I wasn’t hurt, but I credit that to catching myself quickly on reaction. The house was in a perfect location. Close enough to the parkway and all amenities that you could come back and take a quick refresher before heading back out, but far enough out that you felt private. I’d definitely recommend this cabin & will absolutely come back when we’re in the area. For IRL photos, I’ll add to my TikTok/IG using hashtag #PFWindsongHouse
