"The room was clean but the furniture was torn, and very out dated. Dining furniture had covers over the chairs bc they were so bad. Had to put a blanket down on the couch to sit on it bc the leather was ripped and sharp. The water is yellow. Lots of bottled water to brush our teeth, cook, make coffee. Large jet tub had a crack in it, unable to use it. Master bed was broken or something in the middle, you just roll to the center and the springs... HURT. We have stayed here 3 times before this trip and this was by far the worst experience. We said we wouldn't stay again but the listing said PREMIUM UPGRADED SUITE the only difference is updated counters and tile in the bedrooms. Called front desk bc the internet went out, there is no service there so thats the only way we could receive calls, they came by once to fix something else and never came back or communicated about the internet, never fixed. Also the amenities have seen better days."
