“Lovely property”

“Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. ”

“The holiday home was spacious and had all we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable with a functional living room. Any queries were responded quickly and there was a delicious cake in the fridge when we arrived! The hot-tub was a great extra.”

“Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...

“I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
