“It started with an upgrade to a one bedroom suite that was so huge that we never felt we are in a hotel. With some amazing restaurants and Spa we had a great time. Gym is so good you crave to go for exercise. ”

“The breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, and the gym was well stocked with weights and equipment. The room was spacious enough. I found the food ordered (pad thai and a sandwich) to be fair in quality. Overall, this is a great deal for the price.”

“It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!”

“OVERALL: Once you pass through the very understated entrance gate, and go through check-in, you'll find yourself in a spacious, beautiful palace. Calm, serene, beautifully restored, with a spectacularly beautiful bar and an amazing courtyard with fountain works. The area makes for a beautiful night walk. The former queen's pool is fit for...well, a queen. F&B: you're greeted with nice chocolates with some local flavours. The restaurant was the only let-down; the cheap 90-s Thai optic……

“The location is very convenient in the new town, acess is very easy from airport, no traffic jams. The breakfast buffet has wide spread and quality was good, the overall cleanliness and service was good and satisfactory. Suggestion 1. Shaving razor kept in room,quality is little poor shall be improved. 2. Please keep one sleeper in room for guest use. 3. The tables in restaurant areas are little small to accomodate 4 person for food. Overall it was a pleasent and good stay experience……
