Beautiful villa in the heart of the UNESCO Natural Heritage Site "Serra de Tramuntana". The nearest city is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, you will also find Port de Sóller. Tourist license number: ETV/11545.The villa has a double room on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom consists of a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with incredible views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will enjoy a 150 sqm garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 meters of terrace on the first floor and 300 meters of terrace on the ground floor). The house has WiFi, but with a speed of 10Mb, suitable for basic browsing tasks.It is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world-renowned location far from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to pass through a cobblestone path about 500 meters long, which may influence the choice of a rental car.Additional cost! The use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 7.00 € for the pellet bag (each bag has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in.
