Welcome to Šolta, the island of olives, wine, figs and honey - an oasis only 9 km from Split. The house with pool is located only about 15 m from the sea in the small village of Rogač.

The island is ideal for sailing trips and for couples, families and all those who want to spend a peaceful, relaxing and generally stress-free holiday. The island has beautiful bays, untouched nature and islets.

Guests staying in the apartment have access to a shared swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. In the courtyard there is a small jacuzzi, a garden house with a summer kitchen, a barbecue and outdoor furniture. There are also outdoor toilets and an outdoor barbecue (charcoal/wood).

Use of the garage is by arrangement. Private parking is available in front of the house.

The house consists of three air-conditioned apartments. This holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, dining area, bathroom and large terrace with sea view. They are newly decorated, have partial air conditioning (heating/cooling), satellite LCD TV, internet (55 megabits/sec).

The apartment on the first floor offers two bedrooms with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. It can accommodate four people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, freezer, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels. Bed linen is also provided.

The nearby beaches are suitable for children, couples, families or singles. The first beach is located below the villa, and within 10-300 m there are other beaches, as well as hidden coves and small coves.
Vila Rakić is about 200 m from the center of Rogač. Restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a clinic and a market are about 2000 m from the house.

Bicycles and SUP boards are available free of charge. The swimming pool (not heated) is open from 01.05. until 30.09. Enjoy the pool from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunbeds are provided. One apartment can use the hydromassage tub for one hour a day (with an additional charge).
