“Private, secure, close to everything especially Little Italy, which is a must visit maybe 3 mins away.The Carriage House is modern, up to date, and clean. Every convenient item you would want, kitchen fully stocked, professional grade stove/oven, furniture very comfortable, hardwood floors, a/c very fuctional. The pictures truely represent the outstanding quality of the Carriage House.Kristen, very accessable, understanding goes out of her way to accomodate.Not the last time we will be visiting……

“Weekend getaway with my husband and son. The property was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space was amazing and the lake view was spectacular. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back! The host was extremely kind and responsive. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!!”

“The house is easy to find, has a gorgeous view and includes everything you need for a great getaway. I took my Mom for her 79th birthday and we explored the town and the Arboretum (note - $20 per person) and hung out at the house to watch the sunsets. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to see family over the holidays. The location is wonderful for the ships in Macedonia or accessibility to Cleveland and surrounding cities. The place itself was a great peaceful retreat after long days of visits with family. Highly recommend this property!”

“Visited during daughters surgery- property was easy to check in and out of - contact/people free. Nice Amenities with some extras provided. Comfortable. Clean. Smooth visit, would visit again for leisure, and recommend this property. Also close to lots of good food ! :) ”

“Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. ”

“We really did enjoy our stay at the property! Best high points of the property 1) location near beaches, fishing, parks, shops and restaurants in Fairport harbor 2) Hot tub, view from the rear deck with seating, and fenced yard. Low points: 1) House is directly next door to a bar. No problem with noise, but when they were frying food and the wind was blowing the wrong way, the smell of greasy food was overwhelming and made it hard to stay outside. 2) The large master bedroom upstairs had a……

“Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. ”

“Perfect location if you are looking for a place close to any event at the Tall Oaks Resort. House was very clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all l needed when fixing meals for the family. Over all we had a very pleasant stay. ”
