“Condo was very cute, but could use a some maintenance. We especially had trouble with the TV service. You couldn’t watch a show without it buffering every couple of minutes. The balcony was pretty much useless. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. There was a nice walking path by the river and the town was decorated for fall and Halloween. Overall we had a great stay.”

“An absolutely lovely location for a long weekend in Lake City. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable.
