"Cute little motel not too far from the beach. Walking distance to food. Quiet area. Motel is clean. Only complaint would be you can hear your upstairs neighbors so I’d suggest getting an upstairs room!"
"We were only there for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. Everyone was extremely nice at arrival and checkout. Room was very clean. Our room was right in front of the pool and it was still quiet and peaceful. If I had to comment on anything it would be that the WIFI was very week and unusable so if you're in need of it during your stay, this is your heads up! "

"This place is incredibly charming! The area is, too. The attached restaurant was wonderful, we ate outside on the back deck. Note they do not have a liquor license, but the place was packed - the food was so good, no one cares about the lack of liquor. It may be BYOB, ask ahead if you care. Do yourself a favor and get the Tuna Bites. We're hard to please foodies, and those things were little bites of heaven! We also loved the lamb chops. But back to the hotel...
That bed was so comfortable, I got 9 hours uninterrupted sleep for the first time in months. The entire place felt like we were staying in a well-appointed guest house of a friend. I get the feeling it was decorated by the owner with great taste. The lamps in our room were lovely, and I saw one of them at a gorgeous lighting shop down the road, which added to the local charm. Every Thursday in July the town closes the street and has a little festival. We drank beer on the street, shopped the cute shops, danced to a Grateful Dead cover band, checked out a classic car show, pet a thousand well-behaved dogs. It was heaven!
The area seems to be an upper class crunchy town which is 100% our vibe. Lots of healthy food, sustainable shops, a cute art gallery, and clothing boutiques.
Shower pressure was amazing, and AC worked perfect on 100 degree days and nights (and I'm perimenopausal, lol).
We are absolutely staying here next year. We stayed in 301. We loved everything about this place. Thank you to the owners!"

"Property was perfect for anyone with young children! We took our just-turned two-year old grandson with us to Belmar for a beach vacation. The property was just a block from the beach, easily walkable for tiny legs (plus they had a wagon available to use to schlep towels, toys, a cooler, or kids if necessary). The house provided towels, an umbrella, and also had a locker at the beach so we didn't have to drag everything home after every trip to the beach. Lots of helpful child items (high chair, baby gate for stairs, bed rail to prevent kids from rolling off of bed, and many children's videos.) Large bedrooms with plenty of room and comfy beds, the kitchen had all we needed in terms of pots/pans/dishes, there is a huge walk-in shower upstairs, a lovely seating area with a nice grill in the back yard for barbeques, a comfortable living area, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, and it is decorated nicely. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, family-oriented, quiet beach. So nice to be able to hit the beach after breakfast, come home for lunch and nap time, then return in the afternoon for more fun in the sand and surf. Wonderful vacation, wonderful house!! "
"Although the town of the rental was beautiful and welcoming, the place itself was not so much.. on initial arrival, the instructions of entering the property was rather confusing, and getting INSIDE was even harder task. As soon as we arrived we noticed a wasp nest on the overhang and we were having issues with the door- we later found out the door handle deadbolt was BROKEN. We also saw that some of the windows were unlockable. Inside the house, there was water damage almost everywhere, other people’s belongings, wood peeling. Otherwise, me and my friend had a good stay. "

"We were a group of 10 ranging in ages from 11 to 81, and all had a great time during our week's stay. The owner is hospitable and extremely accessible, allowing for the trip to be that much easier and enjoyable as all questions were answered in good time.
The house has an old school charm with plenty of space for eating, entertaining, hanging around watching tv, and sleeping.
The spring lake south pavilion beach/pool area is wonderful. Clean, easy to access, and fun.
