The property had undergone a beautiful renovation! The only thing that was a bit challenging was there was limited on site parking, though the staff advised that free parking is available at the train station down the street. Also, although they no longer serve breakfast, they have and plenty of full variety of beverages in their lounge area. Most shops, restaurants and cafés are either a short drive away; with a few accessible by walking. It’s also a short drive to the beach.

We loved our stay! Very Christmassy! The main area was beautifully decorated, Christmas carols were playing, lovely place to sit by the fire and enjoy a glass of wine. Spotlessly clean! The town is gorgeous, take a walk around the lake over the two bridges. Perfect winter weekend getaway!

The room was on third floor and nice and clean. Bathroom was updated within the past few years. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Parking was limited with overflow parking a block away at train station. We had no problem parking at hotel. Town had plenty good breakfast spots within walking distance and a nice walk on the boardwalk after. Nice hotel and served our purpose for an overnight stay. We would stay again.

This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. It is within walking to the shopping district of Spring Lake, which is quite robust. The accomodations were very nice. My only complaint is that the in-wall A/C was pretty loud.
