The elevator was unpredictable. Sometimes it worked sometimes not. Either a staff member(if one was around) or my husband had to go find it and send it to the floor I was on. I'm handicapped and had to creep down a flight of stairs at least three times during our stay. The maid service was spotty. Sometimes they cleaned, made the bed etc. and other times didn't show up at all. The staff was generally helpful when they were around. Luckily the elevator always worked when we came in through the basement. The bed was too soft for my husband and he had trouble getting out of it. The self serve breakfasts were very nice with lots of options but several of the tables were too high for the chairs so that one was at heart level when seated. Our room had one chair so one of us had to sit or lie on the bed. TV was great featuring Netflix and a couple other streaming networks. All said I doubt we'll return.
