"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean. We were able to socialize with other wedding guests in the evening in the spacious lobby, and purchase drinks and snacks. The breakfast was hot fresh and good. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again if in the area."

"The condo was clean and nicely maintained, but it was much smaller than expected. One challenge was the spiral staircase leading to the basement, which was very difficult for adults to navigate and could be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. The property is older, and it definitely shows its age in some areas. We were also disappointed to find that the outdoor firepit did not have any propane. We had been looking forward to using it during our stay, but I was not willing to spend the money to refill their propane tank for the two days we were there.There are window air conditioning units in only two rooms. During our stay the weather was manageable, but I imagine the condo could become quite uncomfortable during the peak of summer heat.On the positive side, the location was excellent. Having a pizza shop and coffee shop right below the condo and within easy walking distance was very convenient and a nice bonus to the stay."
