“I’ve been staying at the Bluemont hotel for six years, and this was the first time they’ve decided to charge $17 a day for parking. This was not listed when I booked on Expedia. The woman at the front desk did waive the fee this time only. She said they just started this two months ago. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel all of the coils, the pillows were lumpy, and the room temperature was inconsistent. I won’t be staying there again.”

“I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.”

“Tim, our host, was friendly, knowledgeable and generous with his time. We very much enjoyed the tour of his beautiful home and garden. The candlelight breakfast complete with champagne flutes was truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.”
