“First impression was Very positive... the receptionist that was working during my arrival receives 5 stars in my opinion. This is how I and all guest should be greeted when arriving at a hotel. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and informative. Now on the negative. 1.- The mattresses are definitely due for an upgrade as well as the chairs in the lobby that when you sit down, you practically sink down about a foot. 2.-Continental breakfast is misleading. “Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. “When we came to check-in, the person on duty said he couldn’t give us the king size room we booked thru Expedia because a customer has asked to be put next to their friend’s room but they were coming the next day. So he gave us a dbl queen rm. The following night, there was so much noise in the hallway by our room close to 11pm. When I popped my head out the door, it was one of the front desk clerks yelling profanities about kids to allowed to leave the room. Needless to say, we barely slept……

“The manager over at the hotel is very rude! Terrible attitude. Also I was booked for 2 weeks and only stayed a week. I paid from June 19th- July 3rd. I left on June 26th she was trying to get me to pay additional 510.00 on June 26th I was asking questions and she was getting a attitude she took and told me I had to vacate, she also put a no trust passing on me.
