“At face value, the apartment looks in good order but as we stayed, we found a number of simple issues that were not being attended to by the cleaning crew and ownership. Faucet in sink leaked badly, disposal did not work and despite leaving the Allen key to loosen it, it was frozen and would not go. Both remotes batteries were at the end of their life and gave out. No washclottes other than 2 black ones “to be used for makeup removal”. Bedding (both bed covers) were stained. Towels were stained.……

“This is a lovely 1BR condo. Everything is upgraded and nicely decorated. The unit is not large in terms of square footage but it is so efficiently laid out that it does not feel crowded. It has a king-size bed and a faux fireplace for a pleasant ambiance. The owner was great at communication and entry codes. Hopefully, we can stay longer next year. ”
